Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
- Beat the butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until creamy.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract and mix until combined.
- Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until a soft dough forms.
- Gently fold in the marshmallow creme, leaving visible swirls.
- Scoop dough onto the baking sheet, spacing cookies apart.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until edges are set and centers are soft.
- Cool briefly before transferring to a wire rack.
