  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by washing and dicing the sweet potatoes, onion, and garlic.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté the onions until translucent (about 3-4 minutes).
  3. Add chicken thighs seasoned with salt, pepper, paprika, and cumin. Cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until browned.
  4. Stir in sweet potatoes and garlic. Cover the pan and cook for another 10-12 minutes until sweet potatoes are tender.
