Delicious garlic butter steak bites made with tender steak, garlic, and fresh parsley for a flavorful dish.
Ingredients

- 1 pound sirloin steak, ribeye, or NY strip, cut into bite-sized cubes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Cut the steak into bite-sized cubes and pat them dry with paper towels. Season with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add steak in a single layer and sear for 2–3 minutes per side. Cook in batches if needed. Remove and set aside.
- Lower heat to medium. Add butter to the pan and stir in minced garlic. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Return steak to skillet and toss in the garlic butter. Add parsley and optional red pepper flakes. Serve hot.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the steak in olive oil, garlic, and seasonings for a couple of hours before cooking.
- This dish pairs well with rice or crusty bread to soak up the delicious garlic butter.
