Description

Delicious and crispy air fryer french fries made from russet potatoes.


Ingredients

  • 3 medium russet potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into ¼-inch sticks of equal size for even cooking.
  2. Soak the fries in cold water for 30 minutes to remove excess starch.
  3. Drain and dry the fries thoroughly using a clean towel.
  4. Toss the dried fries with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
  5. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  6. Arrange fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket, cooking in batches if needed.
  7. Air fry for 15–18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until fries are golden and crispy.
  8. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
