Ingredients

- 3 medium russet potatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
Instructions
- Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into ¼-inch sticks of equal size for even cooking.
- Soak the fries in cold water for 30 minutes to remove excess starch.
- Drain and dry the fries thoroughly using a clean towel.
- Toss the dried fries with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Arrange fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket, cooking in batches if needed.
- Air fry for 15–18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until fries are golden and crispy.
- Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
