Description

A deliciously cheesy and hearty casserole made with tater tots, chili, and topped with sour cream and green onions.


Ingredients

  • 1 bag frozen tater tots
  • 2 cans chili (with or without beans, depending on preference)
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup chopped green onions (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Spread the frozen tater tots evenly across the bottom of a large baking dish. No need to defrost, just pour them right from the freezer.
  3. Pour your cans of chili evenly over the tater tots. Spread it out so every tot is covered in the rich, savory chili.
