Description

Creating these cheeseburger sliders with Hawaiian rolls is straightforward. Follow these steps for delicious results.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package of Hawaiian rolls (12 rolls)
  • 1 pound ground beef (80/20 lean-to-fat ratio)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato slices, pickles, ketchup, mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the Beef Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
  3. Form Patties: Divide the beef mixture into 12 equal portions. Shape each portion into a small patty that fits the size of the rolls.
  4. Cook the Patties: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side until they are browned and cooked through. The internal temperature should reach 160°F (70°C).
  5. While the patties are cooking, slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping them connected. Place the bottom half in a baking dish.
  6. Once cooked, place each patty on the bottom half of the rolls.
  7. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the patties.
  8. Place the top half of the Hawaiian rolls over the cheese.
  9. Drizzle the melted butter over the top of the rolls for added flavor and a golden finish.
  10. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the rolls are golden brown.
  11. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before slicing into individual sliders.
