Description

This delicious baked chicken recipe combines the sweetness of peach preserves with the savory flavors of onion soup mix and Catalina dressing.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Catalina dressing (or French dressing)
  • 1 cup peach preserves (or apricot preserves)
  • 1 envelope Onion Soup Mix

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400ºF. Lightly spray a 11×7-inch pan with cooking spray. Set aside.
  2. Place chicken breasts in prepared pan.
  3. Whisk together dressing, preserves, and dry soup mix. Pour over chicken.
  4. Bake uncovered for 40 to 50 minutes, until chicken is cooked through.
