This delicious baked chicken recipe combines the sweetness of peach preserves with the savory flavors of onion soup mix and Catalina dressing.

- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup Catalina dressing (or French dressing)
- 1 cup peach preserves (or apricot preserves)
- 1 envelope Onion Soup Mix
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400ºF. Lightly spray a 11×7-inch pan with cooking spray. Set aside.
- Place chicken breasts in prepared pan.
- Whisk together dressing, preserves, and dry soup mix. Pour over chicken.
- Bake uncovered for 40 to 50 minutes, until chicken is cooked through.
