Instructions

- Add the vanilla extract and ground cardamom, mixing until evenly combined.
- Stir in the flour and salt gradually until a soft dough forms.
- Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Roll dough into small balls or rounds and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until the edges just begin to turn golden.
- Let cool on the tray for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
