Ingredients

- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 4 cups iceberg lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup dill pickles, sliced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp relish
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat and season with salt and pepper.
- In a large bowl, combine chopped lettuce and halved cherry tomatoes.
- Add shredded cheddar cheese and sliced pickles to the veggie mix.
- Whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, garlic powder, and relish in a small bowl until smooth.
- Combine cooked beef with the salad mixture and drizzle with special sauce. Toss gently until coated.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container.
