- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat 1 cup unsalted butter with 1/2 cup powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
- Mix in 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and 1/2 teaspoon almond extract.
- Stir in 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour, 1 cup almond flour, and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Mix until combined.
- Scoop about 1 tablespoon of dough, roll into a log, and shape into a crescent. Place on parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 12–15 minutes, or until edges are lightly golden.
- Cool for 5 minutes, then dust with powdered sugar while still slightly warm. Cool completely before serving.
