Description

Refreshing tequila lime popsicles perfect for summer!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 oz tequila
  • 1 oz orange liqueur
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1½ cups limeade
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  1. Add ingredients to a blender. Combine the tequila, orange liqueur, lime juice, limeade, sugar, and coconut milk with the salt in a high-powered blender.
  2. Pulse the mixture for 15–30 seconds, or until everything is well blended and smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  3. Carefully pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving about ¼ inch at the top to allow for expansion as they freeze.
  4. Place the popsicle sticks into each mold. If your mold doesn’t support sticks upright, let the mixture freeze for about an hour before inserting.
  5. Transfer the molds to the freezer and freeze for at least 6 hours, or overnight, until fully solid.
  6. To release the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds, then gently pull them out.

Notes

  • These popsicles can be adjusted for sweetness based on personal preference and the sweetness of limeade used.
  • Experiment with different fruits or flavors by adding them to the mixture before blending.
