A delicious and easy casserole made with cinnamon rolls, eggs, and maple syrup.

- 2 tubes refrigerated cinnamon rolls with icing
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 6 eggs
- ½ cup milk
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup maple syrup
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Pour melted butter into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Cut each cinnamon roll into 8 pieces and spread evenly in the dish.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla until combined.
- Pour egg mixture evenly over the cinnamon roll pieces.
- Drizzle maple syrup over the top.
- Bake uncovered for 25 minutes until golden and set in the center.
- Let cool slightly, then drizzle with the icing from the cinnamon roll packages.
